It's difficult to make big and even sometimes small business decisions when you know they connect with your bottom line or with the future growth of your business.

No one wants to be the next grocery delivery service or other type of business that goes kaput, but if you haggle too long and have a vision that is too narrow, you'll never see or reach beyond the horizon.

We're getting ReadyDone legit, which means smoothing out the first version of the site, getting paperwork, policies and state legal matters in order. This also means that we're asking our friends to get involved. We're asking people to join as talent or bring up projects and tasks, and of course we're always interested in advice.

A lot of what we're building has been done, but just not in quite the same way... and likely without the same goals.

If the photo I was explaining the idea to Alex at Betsy's birthday.

This is an excellent little article about the concept you use in pricing your product or service; do you charge by the hour or "sell" the job/product?

Sometimes it's about you realizing what your service is worth, sometimes it's about your client better understand the package their purchasing. Services have a range of quality and custom depth, what you offer isn't just about appraising and selling your time.

This is why we will be providing group health insurance to our talent pool. Hold tight for the moment - we're crossing t's and will let you know once we have the plans ready.

In the meantime, check out CNN's suggestions.

Starting a business is hard. Plan and simple. It takes tons of money, time, and perseverance, coupled with a strong belief in yourself.

Stage 1

You'll probably start your business while also working another full-time job (that most likely you don't enjoy). You'll have to work nights and weekends while friends hike, go to the movies and respond with a puzzled look when you tell them that you can't. As a great man once said, "it'll just suck".

During the early stage of your endeavor your family will smile and offer suggestions and guidance as you straddle two jobs, however this all changes when you break the news that you want to grow your small fledgling business and quit your regular job.

"In other words, you want to be unemployed" They'll say.

Stage 2
